• 1980-1984 Discovery of and Excavations at the Iron Age and Roman city of Kh el-Hamam (Arubboth-Narbata). Exposure of the Roman siege around the place.
  
• 1982-1990 The survey Continues. Discovery and excavations of a high place and an altar from the 12th century on Mt. Ebal.
  
• 1984 The first book with survey results is published.
  
• 1988 Excavations in the Chalcolithic site at 'Ain Hilu, Jordan valley.
